Introduction to Yoga
This program of four 1-hour classes is ideal for those with little or no experience with yoga and for those who might need a quick refresher. The four progressive classes are designed as
a step by step introduction to the important elements of a yoga class, proper breathing, postures and stretching.
Saturday 12 pm - 1pm $52.50+HST/person - 4 weeks
Yoga For Dancers
A relaxing and energizing one-hour yoga class designed especially for dancers, but beneficial for everyone. This class will emphasize proper breathing, posture and relaxation,
working to increase flexibility and strength throughout the entire body with emphasis on areas utilized during dancing, primarily the shoulders, hips and hamstrings. From non-dancers to the very advanced, there will be something for everyone. Previous yoga or dance experience is not required.
Saturday 11am - 12pm
Classes are Drop-in
$12/person
